Manny Wong’s father starting growing sprouts in 1938. Then in 1978 Manny co-founded Fully Inc. The name would later be changed to Fullei Fresh in 1997.
Day in and day out for the past 42 years consecutively, Manny has perfected the art of growing sprouts. Textbooks and videos didn’t exist when Manny started. It was all trial and error and boy was Manny creative!
He is now passing that on to the third generation of sprout farmers in the Wong family.
