Veggie Stir Fried Noodles

Noodles are so comforting! Try this very easy recipe that can be done in less than 30 minutes. Add to it or swap ingredients to make it vegan or appeal to meat eaters. You can never go wrong with a stir fry!

Ingredients (adjust to your liking; we usually don't even measure and they always taste good!)

1/2 cup egg noodles

vegetable oil

1/2 small sliced sweet onion large handful of mushrooms

8oz Fullei Fresh bean sprouts

1/4 cup frozen green peas (defrosted)

1/2 cup frozen broccoli (defrosted) or fresh cooked fresh broccoli

oyster sauce (to your taste)

Directions:

1. Cook egg noodles as per package instructions and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain.

2. Heat wok with enough vegetable oil to cover the base.

3. Add onions and stir occasionally approximately 5 minutes until starting to turn translucent.

4. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts. Stir occasionally approximately 5 minutes until mushrooms look cooked.

5. Add cooked noodles, peas and broccoli.

6. Stir in oyster sauce to your liking (approximately 1-2 tbsp suggested.)
